Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items not eligible for return include customized products, items marked as “Final Sale,” and products damaged due to customer misuse.
Return Process

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if applicable.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
Refunds
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment source (credit card, bank, etc.).
Replacements & Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge after verifying the claim.
- Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product and accompanied by supporting images or videos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with signs of use or tampering.
- Items returned without original packaging and accessories.
- Products purchased during sale events unless defective.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email us immediately with your order details.
